Thanks to their endless passion and commitment, we see our athletes gaining self-esteem, learning to stand for each other and ultimately becoming better humans. It matters to celebrate them, a simple act of kindness goes a long way. So, we asked you to nominate your coach and tell us what makes them stand out, and... you didn't disappoint! " Coach Tricia Fletcher exemplifies what it means to no only be an outstanding coach to our team , but also exemplifies what it means to be a leader and exudes confidence in all that she does on and off the softball field. She knows when to push our girls and when to show compassion as they are young ladies that are everchanging at the tender ages of 11 and 12. Her passion on the field and lovefor the game has not only driven our team to be better softball players, buthas made them grow into confident young ladies in their own right in large partto Coach Fletchers ability to instill these traits in every girl on our team. Her drive, energy , leadership and positivity and strengththat she shows on the field has been contagious to our girls. "Paula has been in business for 50 years.She is always at her studio, always available via text or email.She truly gives her all into the children she teaches.She is a dance studio in Beaver County and has been recognized as a top studio in Beaver County PA countless times.She handpicks music and costumes for the girls.She choreographs, makes schedules, is at every competition from days begin to days end (sometimes 8 Am-12 AM). She keeps the girls organized, centered and competing at their finest level.She also is compassionate feelings/accomplishments and failures."
Coach Bryce F.
"I have never seen Coach Bryce without a smile on his face.The dude radiates with positivity! He is always happy, smiling, laughing, and interacting with our youth in the most positive and uplifting ways.It is obvious he enjoys what he does, as he has been doing it for many years for both boys and girls soccer. He not only provides a positive learning environment, but the kids truly listen and learn from him. He is well respected from the itty-bitty 3 year olds, on up to the opinionated teenagers!He coached a girls travel team for many years, and as 8th graders this year, several of them made varsity at their respective high schools and the rest are on the JV squads. He helped those young ladies soak in and truly understand the game. Him and his wife are always organizing fundraisers and setting up donations for other families who may be in need within our community.He has 5 children of his own (whom all play soccer) and you would think he would be exhausted and want to be left alone, but he is always on the go, mostly found on a soccer field! Just recently their house caught fire, and coach Bryce was at practice the very next day, despite his own loss, having a smile on his face still doing what he does best - toting in a wagon full of soccer balls, cones, and pennies- getting ready to coach! Coach Bryce is an amazing role model for our youth and we are extremely lucky to have him and his wife in our community- because they are AWESOME!"
