Kidsport, with chapters in each province, provides a subsidy for registration fees up to $300.
Canadian Women & Sport offers the WISE fund to organizations encouraging female sport.
ViaSport Grants (BC)
A listing of multi-sport grants for individuals, teams, coaches, and more.
Their Opportunity (Galgary, Durham, GTA, Ottawa)
Their opportunity offers a financial barriers program, with a 'Pay it forward' element for recipients - who do volunteer work after receiving funds.
Parks Foundation Amateur Sport Grant (Calgary)
Parks Foundation aims to support amateur sport development, paying project costs directly.
SportCentral Get Equipment (Alberta)
SportCentral provides equipment to those referred by partner agencies (details on site). Some Alberta assistance programs automatically qualify you for this program without a referral - see site for details.
