Dicks' Sports Matter grants go to 501c3 groups in various sports up to $25,000. There is also a team sponsorship stream for individual teams.
USA Football Grants

The USA Football Grant Program enables youth leagues and scholastic teams to upgrade equipment and improve playing fields. Applications for equipment, field, and product grants are available each spring.
The Bill Belichick Foundation

Individuals: Up to $5,000
Associations: Up to $10,000
The Foundation provides Football and Lacrosse Grants for both individuals, and nonprofits.
NFL Foundation Grassroots Grant

NFLF Provides dollar matching on capital projects to improve access to Football and Football Facilities
