HP BACK TO SCHOOL POWER-UP (“Promotion”) SPONSORED BY HP (“SPONSOR”) AND ADMINISTERED BY FLIPGIVE, INC. (“ADMINISTRATOR”). CONTEST BEGINS ON JULY 24, 2019 AT 12:00AM EST AND ENDS ON AUGUST 2, 2019 AT 11:59PM. (“PROMOTION PERIOD”).
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Valid email address is required for entry. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator. Void where prohibited by law.
Promotion is open to legal residents of The United States of America & Canada (excluding Quebec) who have reached the age of majority in their respective state, province or territory of residence at the time of the Promotion Period start. Employees or contractors of the Sponsor(s) or Administrator(s) and immediate family members of, and any persons domiciled with any such employees or contractors, are not eligible to enter. Entrants must be natural persons. All entries for this Promotion are submitted by an individual user on behalf of an associated FlipGive Team ("TEAM"). Odds of winning will depend on the number of valid entries received during the Promotion Period. Teams and all entrants must abide by the FlipGive.com Terms of Use.
There are two ways to generate a valid entry for this Promotion. To enter, you must either:
a) Make a valid purchase of $100 or more in the local currency at HP.com or HP.ca through a FlipGive Team Page. Valid purchases must be of HP product(s), where the total order equals or exceeds $100 before applicable taxes & shipping costs. Approved payment and order confirmation must occur during the Promotion Period detailed above.
b) Send an email to "contest@flipgive.com", where delivery of the email occurs before the end of the Promotion Period detailed above. To be deemed valid, all email entries must: i) State a clear intention to enter the Promotion by name ("HP Back to School Power-Up", "HP Power-Up", or legible variations thereof); ii) State the name of the FlipGive Team the entry is intended for as it appears on the associated FlipGive Team Page; iii) Provide a web link or URL to the associated FlipGive Team Page for validation.
No other methods of entry are valid for this Promotion.
After Promotion Period ends, 5 winners in the United States of America and 5 winners in Canada (excluding Quebec) will be chosen using a randomization tool from all eligible entries. The FlipGive Team associated with the winning entries will be awarded their prizing in the form of a $100 FlipGive Credit to their FlipGive Team Page on or before August 9, 2019 at 11:59PM EST. The FlipGive Team will be contacted via Email, and an automatically generated, publicly viewable Activity Feed Post will be placed on the winning FlipGive Team Page notifying them of their winnings. Sponsor is not responsible for entry selection, prize fulfillment nor for any technical failures. Winning entries will be verified before prizing is awarded.
A list of winning FlipGive Teams may be displayed on the FlipGive blog once all prizes have been issued. Administrators and sponsors reserve the right to publish winning FlipGive Teams' team name, location, and team picture as displayed on their FlipGive Team Page at time of Promotion end.
