The Outlaws organized tons of fundraisers, including collecting cans and organizing football pools, but time was running out. Once you setup your campaign you just submit your payment information and then whenever you need funds, just click withdraw. You don't need to wait till you reach your goal. You can request funds raised anytime as long as it's over $100 outstanding (due to bank fees we need to deal with) - this way you can continue to raise funds through out the year and get your money anytime!
