When it comes to raising money with FlipGive, the Funtastics know what's up. The team, who have been playing together for two years, decided that this was the year they would step their game up and participate in softball tournaments, but before their team could get there, they needed to raise some serious cash.

Start as early as possible:
The Funtastics started their FlipGive page in March of 2017 for their upcoming summer season, and now they’re only $1000 dollars away from their overall goal. No matter when your season starts, get your FlipGive campaign going early so that your team can reap the benefits all year round. There are different times of year where your team members spend more, like Christmas or the beginning of the school year. If you have a campaign, you can earn when your team members are already spending the most.

Add the right people to your team:
Only add team members who are going to be participating during your season. The key to a successful fundraiser on FlipGive is to have a team that participates consistently. Don’t add people to your team who aren’t as invested in your team or reaching your goals. If you have people who want to support your team, they still can still shop through your page without being on the team.
Use FlipGive for group purchases:
The Funtastics use their FlipGive page to purchase items the team needs for the upcoming season. This includes baseball bats, protective gear, and training items. Put together a list of items your team will need for the upcoming season, and see if you can make a bulk purchase through your page to earn cash back really fast.
