This FlipGive Holiday Earnings Challenge (“Incentive”) is offered by FlipGive, via FlipGive.com, the FlipGive mobile app, and any other platform operated by the FlipGive brand. This Agreement governs your access to and use of the Incentive Program and supplements, but does not replace, the FlipGive Terms of Use.

Acceptance & Eligibility

The Holiday Earnings Challenge is open to participants who:

• Are a resident of Canada, excluding residents of Quebec
• Have reached the age of majority in your province or territory
• Have a registered and activeFlipGive account with a valid email address

This program is void where prohibited or restricted by law. FlipGive employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Limit: One (1) Reward per person, household, or account.

Rewards Overview

This program offers two separate benefits: the $10 eGift card Reward and the chance to win one of five (5) $500 Grand Prizes. Participants must complete all program requirements to qualify:

1. $10 eGift Card Reward (“Reward”)

Participants who complete all Reward qualifications by December 25, 2026 will earn a $10 eGift card. Qualified participants will be notified via the email associated with their FlipGive account on January 7, 2027.

• The Reward must be claimed by clicking or tapping on one of the available brands in the notification email within thirty (30) days.
• Once claimed, the Reward will be delivered to the participant’s FlipGive Wallet within seven (7) days.
• Reward brands are subject to availability and may change without notice.
• The Reward has no cash value and may not be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash except where required by law.

2. $500 Grand Prize Gift Card (“Grand Prize”)

Participants who meet all Grand Prize qualifications will automatically receive one (1) entry into a drawing for a $500 gift card of their choice.

• Five (5) winners will be randomly selected. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries.
• Winners will be notified via email within seven (7) days of the drawing and must respond within seven (7) days to claim the prize. Failure to respond may result in forfeiture.
• The Grand Prize is non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be substituted.

Alternate Entry Method (for Grand Prize Only): No purchase is necessary. Participants may enter once per day by emailing promotions@flipgive.com with the subject line “2026 Holiday Earnings Challenge” and including their name or organization information. All valid alternate entries will be included in the same random drawing.

Qualifications

To qualify for the Reward and receive an entry into the drawing for a Grand Prize, participants must:

1. Sign up for the Holiday Earnings Challenge at https://www.flipgive.com/m/holiday-challenge

2. Earn a minimum of $50 between October 24, 2026, and December 25, 2026. Earnings may come from:

   • Purchasing gift cards (eGift or reloads to existing eGift cards)

   • Shopping online through FlipGive and completing eligible purchases on brand websites 

Note: If a Participant earns for more than one organization, only earnings credited to the Participant's default organization will qualify for this Promotion. Earnings credited to separate organizations will not be combined when determining eligibility or reward qualification. All orders must be placed, paid for, and submitted by 11:59 p.m. ET on December 25, 2026. Pending earnings count toward the $100 minimum.

Grand Prize Winner Selection

Restrictions and Conditions

• Reward and Grand Prize have no cash surrender value and may not be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash, except where required by law.
• Participants are not eligible to receive a Reward and enter to win a Grand Prize until all criteria are met, and all qualifying orders are processed and completed.
• FlipGive reserves the right to offer a substitute reward of equal value if the claimed brand is unavailable.
• FlipGive is not responsible for unclaimed, lost, stolen, or unused Rewards or Grand Prizes.

Reward Restrictions and Conditions

Fraud Prevention and Disqualification

FlipGive reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of fraudulent activity, abuse of the program, or violation of these terms, including but not limited to:

• Multiple accounts created by the same individual,
• Artificial order activity,
• Attempts to circumvent eligibility requirements.

Giveaway Changes and Termination

FlipGive reserves the right to cancel, modify, or extend the Incentive Program at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Any changes will be posted on FlipGive.com and reflected by an updated “Last updated” date at the top of these terms.

Privacy Information

Personal information will be used to administer this promotion in accordance with the FlipGive Privacy Policy.

FlipGive Corporation is affiliated with RaiseRight LLC, a U.S.-based company, and personal information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where it may be subject to U.S. laws.

Governing Law

This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therin.
