Monthly Earning Challenges Giveaway Official Rules and Conditions

Overview of Giveaway
The FlipGive™ "Monthly Earning Challenge" (“Giveaway”) consist of a series of giveaways with recurring promotional periods (each, a "Promotion Period") that will vary in duration and timing throughout the year.
The specific start and end dates for each Promotion Period—along with that month's qualifying entry requirements—will be posted on the promotional page and/or communicated by email at the beginning of each Promotion Period.
One (1) prize will be awarded to a single FlipGive registered participant per Promotion Period. Limit one (1) prize per person and per household. Entries do not carry over to future Promotion Periods and reset with each new Giveaway period.
Eligibility
To participate, you must:
- Be a resident of Canada, excluding residents of Quebec
- Have reached the age of majority in your province or territory
- Have a registered FlipGive account with a valid email address
Employees of FlipGive LLC, RaiseRight LLC (an affiliate of FlipGive Corporation), and their immediate family members (and those living in the same household) are not eligible.
How to Enter
Participants can earn entries during each Promotion Period by meeting that month's qualifying requirements. Qualifying requirements for each Promotion Period will be published on the promotional page and/or through email and will automatically become part of these Official Rules when posted.
August 2026 Giveaway Requirements:
Between August, 1 2026 and August 31, 2026, every time you earn by shopping online through FlipGive equals one (1) entry into August's giveaway. Unlimited entries.

September 2026 Giveaway Requirements:
Between September 1, 2026 and September 30, 2026, every purchase of an eGift card (or reloaded eGift card) equals one (1) entry into September's Giveaway. Unlimited entries.
eGift card and reloads to eGift card orders qualify.

Duplicate, fraudulent, or suspicious accounts or transactions may be disqualified.
Winner Selection & Prize
One (1) potential winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The selected winner will receive a $500 CAD gift card of their choice. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
The drawing will take place on the first Monday of the month following the end of each Promotion Period. The selected entrant will be notified by email within seven (7) days of the drawing. A valid FlipGive account with a current email address is required to receive prize notifications.
To be declared winner and claim the prize, the selected entrant must, within seven (7) days of notification:
- Correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical, electronic, or otherwise, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question administered by the Sponsor; and
- Comply with all eligibility requirements and any other requirements set out in these Official Rules.
If the selected entrant cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the specified time period, incorrectly answers the skill-testing question, is found to be ineligible, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, they may be disqualified and an alternate entrant may be selected.
The selected winner will receive their eGift card prize within fourteen (14) days of correctly answering the mathematical skill-testing question.
Prizes are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be substituted.
Alternate Entry Method
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
Eligible participants may enter once per Promotion Period by sending an email to promotions@flipgive.com with the subject line "[Current Month] Monthly Earning Challenge Giveaway Entry." The body of the email must include their full name, organization name, and email address associated with their FlipGive account.
All valid alternate entries will be included in the same random drawing each Promotion Period.
Giveaway Changes and Termination
FlipGive reserves the right to cancel, modify, or extend this Giveaway at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Any changes will be posted on FlipGive.com and reflected by a “Last updated” date at the top of these terms.
Privacy Information
Personal information will be used to administer this promotion in accordance with the FlipGive Privacy Policy.
FlipGive Corporation is affiliated with RaiseRight LLC, a U.S.-based company, and personal information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where it may be subject to U.S. laws.
Governing Law
This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therin.
